Letters & Envelopes
For example, you can create custom letters or envelopes, peppering them with merge fields that will dynamically pull specific information from events in your program. In addition, you can use these letters as templates for your outgoing emails – so common correspondences such as emailing a contract can be achieved with a single mouse click, and yet look unique each time you send it! One letter that you type one time can be printed or emailed from any event, and look completely customized. You will never have to type the same thing more than once.
Custom Event Prints
In addition to letters & envelopes, you can use the powerful Marketing Tools Package to design your own custom event prints – proposals, invoices, back-of-house prints, etc. – from scratch! The handy Merge Table Wizard lets you quickly insert custom tables to pull specific event details – menu items, staffing, payments, deposits, etc. – into any area of your document.
