The dynamic Marketing Tools Package is available as an optional add-in to any version of Caterease - Express, Standard or Professional. This amazing tool allows you to create any number of merge documents, and generate them from various areas throughout the program.

Letters & Envelopes
For example, you can create custom letters or envelopes, peppering them with merge fields that will dynamically pull specific information from events in your program. In addition, you can use these letters as templates for your outgoing emails – so common correspondences such as emailing a contract can be achieved with a single mouse click, and yet look unique each time you send it!  One letter that you type one time can be printed or emailed from any event, and look completely customized. You will never have to type the same thing more than once.

Custom Event Prints
In addition to letters & envelopes, you can use the powerful Marketing Tools Package to design your own custom event prints – proposals, invoices, back-of-house prints, etc. – from scratch!  The handy Merge Table Wizard lets you quickly insert custom tables to pull specific event details – menu items, staffing, payments, deposits, etc. – into any area of your document.  Your prints done your way – only with Caterease!

It's a Word Processor Right in the Program!
With Caterease Marketing Tools, all of your favorite word processing tools are available at your fingertips - inserting images, creating tables (with or without borders), checking spelling, formatting fonts, etc. No longer will you have to open one software program after another. Caterease has everything you need to simplify your busy workday.
