Network Users

How many people at your company need access to Caterease at the same time?
You can add as many network licenses to your Caterease program as you need, to have multiple users sharing the program concurrently.  Every user sees the live Caterease data, meaning that any changes made by any user are instantly reflected across the network.

Control
In addition to allowing simultaneous access to Caterease, you cansetup various permissions andthereby prohibit various users from viewing certain details or performing certain functions. For example, you might want to deny certain users access to financial information, restrict the changes others are able to make and perhaps even limit additional users to a read-only status in the program.  You can even setup custom User Groups – so common permissions only need to be established once!  With Caterease, you are always in control!

Power
Using powerful integration with Windows Active Directory, Caterease can even recognize your various users as they open the program. Once a user boots up his computer and opens Caterease, the program will automatically compare his Windows login name to the list of Caterease users, and grant that user access with all of his custom security permissions intact. No need for double-login! Caterease complete eliminates needless duplication of effort!
